SSC STENO(GRADE C & D) Exam Pattern:
The candidates must have prior knowledge of both the SSC STENO Exam pattern. Candidates must go through them with a fine-tooth comb to have a better understanding of the SSC STENO Exam.

Computer-Based Examination (CBE): This is an online test comprising of objective-type questions which are explained at length below under the syllabus section of the article. As per the SSC STENO Exam Pattern, It is further divided into two parts:

Penalty for Wrong Answers: 1/4 marks will be deducted for every question attempted wrong by the candidate in Online Written Exam of SSC Stenographer.

SSC STENO Tier-I Syllabus:
The SSC STENO Syllabus comprises a Computer Based Examination which includes an objective-type paper carrying 200 marks for 200 questions.
