NEET EXAM PATTERN(PG)

NEET EXAM PATTERN:

It is indispensable for candidates to understand NEET PG exam pattern before beginning to prepare strategies for the entrance exam preparation. The important details pertaining to the exam pattern are given in the points below.

  • Exam Date and Mode – NBE will be conducting NEET PG on January , in computer-based mode.
  • Language of Exam – The exam will be conducted in the English language
  • Duration of Exam – Candidates will be allotted a total of 3 hours 30 minutes to complete their examination
  • Types of questions and total marks- NEET PG will consist of objective type questions and the maximum marks is 1200
  • Total number of questions – According to the exam pattern of NEET PG there will be a total of 300 questions in the entrance examination which will be divided into three sections
  • Number of questions from each section – The section-wise distribution of questions is given in the table below.

  • Review Questions – As part of NEET PG exam pattern, while giving examination, candidates will be given the option to mark any attempted of the Un-attempted question for review. By doing this candidate will be provided with the provision of going through these questions once again before the end of the examination and answer them. It is to be noted that the questions marked for review will be evaluated as per NEET PG marking scheme mentioned above.
