Virtual Class For Kerala School Students Begins
The Kerala government has started virtual classes for school understudies today. The classes have started today at 8.30 am through the Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE)- Victers channel under the name ‘First Bell’. The meetings will be held from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday for all classes from 1 to 12, aside from class 11, on the channel.

For the main week at any rate 1.2 lakh PCs, more than 7,000 projectors and about 4,545 TVs have been prepared for the understudies, an official articulation has said.
The modules for various classes will be set up by the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), KITE, Samagra Shiksha Kerala (SSK), and the State Institute of Educational Technology.
“We have depended the class educators and school directors or principals to ensure that understudies approach a TV or a cell phone or a PC, and web for the classes. If not, they should locate an option for the understudies to go to the online classes either progressively or later,” Director of Public Instruction (DPI) K Jeevan Babu has said.
