Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Services Selection Board, Prayagraj has invited applications for recruitment to the posts of TGT and PGT {Spokesman} teachers. Interested candidates can apply online for recruitment to these posts. The last date for online application is 27 November. For UPSESSB TGT PGT recruitment, candidates have to apply online by visiting the official website of the board upsessb.org or pariksha.up.nic.in.

The selection test for TGT and PGT posts will be on different dates, so interested candidates can fill separate applications for more than one post.

UPSESSB TGT PGT Recruitment – Important Dates

• Online Application (Part-1) Registration Start Date: 10.2020
• Starting date for depositing online fee: 10.2020
• Last date for online application (Part-1) registration: 11.2020
• Last date for online fee submission: 11.2020
• Last date for submission of online application (Part-2): 11.2020

Application fee for UP TGT and PGT recruitment

For General and Other Backward Classes: 700 plus 50 rupees online fee total 750 rupees
For Scheduled Castes and EWS: 400 plus Rs 50 online fee total Rs 450
For Scheduled Castes: 200 plus 50 rupees online fee total 250 rupees

Note: In compliance with the order of the Supreme Court, online applications will also be taken from ad-hoc teachers working in aided colleges.

Age limit for UP TGT and PGT: Applicant’s minimum age should not be less than 21 years as on 1 July 2020.

Pay Scale:

For TGT- 44900-142400, Pay Level 7, Grade Pay 4600

For PGT {Spokesperson} – 47600-151100, Pay Level 8, Grade Pay – 4800

Selection Process

Selection to the post of TGT will be done on the basis of written examination only. The written test will not be negative marking.

Selection for the post of PGT will be on the basis of written examination and interview. There will be 85 percent marks on the basis of written examination. 10 percent will be on interview basis.
