The process of application for Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana (RKVY) of the Ministry of Railways has started from 12 March 2022. Candidates willing to apply for several skill development training programs at the training centers set up by the Ministry in various states of the country can apply through the official website, railkvy.indianrailways.gov.in. The last date of application is 25 March 2022 (up to 11.59 PM).

Under this scheme of the Ministry of Railways, the courses for which training is given for three weeks (18 days) are AC Mechanic, Carpenter, CNSS (Communication Network and Surveillance System), Computer Basic, Concreting, Electrical, Electronics and Instrumentation, Fitter. , Instrument Mechanic (Electrical & Electronics), Machinist, Refrigeration & AC, Technician Mechatronics, Track Laying, Welding, Bar Bending & Basics of IT and S&T.

Eligibility :-

All such candidates are eligible to apply for Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana, who have passed Matriculation (Class 10) examination from a recognized board.

Age :-
The age of the candidate should be between 18 years to 35 years.

Selection Process :-

Candidates will be selected for Skill Based Training of Ministry of Railways on the basis of merit list prepared on the basis of their 10th marks. After the stipulated period, candidates will have to appear in a written test and a practical exam, in which certificates will be issued to the candidates who have secured 55% and 60% marks respectively.

Fee :-

According to the notification issued by the Ministry of Railways, candidates do not have to deposit any fee for any training program under this scheme.
