Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (AP PSC) has invited online applications from candidates for recruitment to a total of 123 posts of Sub-Inspector Group B (Non-Gazetted) by issuing notifications. Such candidates who wish to apply to these posts can submit their online application by 06 November 2020.

Post Details:

Total of 120 posts for Sub-Inspector (Civil Police).
Total 03 posts for Sub-Inspector (IRB).

Eligibility Details:

Educational Qualification: Candidates who wish to apply for the post of Sub-Inspector must pass the examination of a graduate or its equivalent from a recognized institute or university.

Physical efficiency:

For Male Candidates:

Height – Minimum height 160 cm for APST candidates. While the minimum height for non APST candidates is 165 cm. Has been fixed

Chest – Chest of male candidate 79 cm without inflating. And 84 cm on fluff. Should be

Jump – High jump of the male candidate (3 attachments) – 107 cm. While the long jump (3 attempts) – 11 should be fit.

Running-

• 100 meter run in 16 seconds.
• 1500m run in 08 minutes and
• 800 meter run in 05 minutes

For Female Candidates:

Height – The minimum height for APST candidates is 152 cm. While the minimum height for non APST candidates is 157 cm. Has been fixed

Jump – High jump of the female candidate (3 attachments) – 90 cm. While the long jump (3 attempts) – 09 should fit.

Running-

100 meter run in 19 seconds.

Age Limit: The age of the candidate applying should not be less than 21 years and not more than 26 years on the basis of 06-11-2020.

Note- The relaxation in the maximum age limit will be provided to the candidates of the Reserve category as per the guideline.

Application Fee: For APST candidates, the application fee is Rs 100 / – while for the other candidates, the application fee is Rs 150 / -.
