The application window for Rajasthan Police Sub-Inspector Recruitment has opened. Interested candidates can apply for recruitment to a total of 857 posts of Police SI from today. This window will open for the EWS category only. EWS candidates are given relaxation in fees and age limits. EWS category candidates will be able to submit their applications till June 23. There is a relaxation of 5 years in government jobs for economically weaker male candidates in Rajasthan and 10 years for female candidates.

The age limit was fixed at 20 to 25 years in the notification released by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission. But after relaxation in EWS by the Rajasthan government, the age limit for male candidates in this category has been fixed at 30 years and for female candidates 35 years. Economically weaker section applicants are also exempted from the application fee. Earlier the application fee was Rs 350, which has now been increased to Rs 250.

Age Range
Candidates up to 30 years in the EWS category can apply. Additional relaxation of 03 years is given under provision (3) (a) of Rule 11 of the Police Secondary Services Rules, 1989.

Application change in the online application
Application The candidates who have submitted the online application will also be able to amend their applications. The candidate can rectify the error within 10 days from the last date of receipt of the online application. The applicant can amend his/her application form even after the completion of the first stage examination. For this, an additional time of 10 days will be given, under which subject, name, photo, signature, and other changes can be made except in the examination center.

Educational qualification
Applicant should have passed graduation in any department.

Venue and month of examination
The venue and date of the examination will be intimated later.

Pay Standard – Pay Matrix Level L-11, Grade Pay – 4200.

Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through competitive written tests, physical fitness tests, and interviews.

Exam Pattern
There will be objective type questions in the written test. The syllabus will be released soon on the website of the commission.
