Notice issued for Army Technical Entry
Important news for the candidates who want to get a job in the technical corps of the Indian Army. Short notice has been issued by the Army for the TES 45 course starting in July 2021 under the Army Technical Entry Scheme. As per the update released by the Army on Tuesday, 20 January 2021 on the recruitment portal, joinindianarmy.nic.in, candidates will be able to apply for the TES 45 course from 1 February 2021. The application process will be completely online and interested candidates will be able to submit their application on the Army Recruitment Portal.
Who can apply?
As per the notification issued earlier under the Army Technical Entry Scheme, candidates desirous of applying should pass 12th (Intermediate / Senior Secondary / Higher Secondary) with minimum 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects from a recognized board. Candidates should pay attention that they are required to get a total of 70 percent in these three subjects. In addition, the age of the candidates should be between 16.5 years to 19.5 years in the year of application.
How to apply?
For Army TES 45 application, the candidates will have to click on the link of the officers entry application / login given on the home page after visiting the army recruitment portal. After this, you have to click on the link of registration on the new page. Then the candidates will be able to register themselves by filling in the required details. After this, by logging in with the help of their user name and password, candidates will be able to submit their Army TES 45 Application 2021 online.
Selection process and appointment
Under the Army Technical Entry Scheme, candidates are selected on the basis of a two-stage selection process under the five-day interview phase of the Shortlisting and Services Selection Board (SSB). Final selected candidates are given four years of training. After this, a permanent commission is given to the rank of lieutenant in the army.
