Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), India’s largest public sector company, has issued advertisement for recruitment to 57 posts in its 17th Refinery at Panipat (Haryana). According to the recruitment advertisement issued by IOCL (No.PR / P45 (2020-21)) applications have been invited for the posts of Junior Engineering Assistant, Junior Technical Assistant and Junior Quality Control Analyst in various departments. Who can apply?

The eligibility criteria set for various posts in Panipat (Haryana) refinery vary according to the posts. Three year Diploma in the related trade with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university or institute for the posts of Junior Engineering Assistant and Junior Technical Assistant. Also, one year experience of related work should also be done.

Candidates should note that the last date of application has been set 18 November 2020.

At the same time, for the posts of Junior Quality Control Analyst, candidates should have passed B.Sc degree with Physics, Chemistry and Math subjects with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university or institute. Also, one year experience of related work should also be done.

The prescribed age limit for all the posts has been fixed at minimum 18 years and maximum 26 years as on 31 October 2020.

The last date for application has been set by the department as 11 November 2020.

Selection

The selection of candidates for various posts in Panipat (Haryana) refinery will be done through written test and skill / proficiency / physical test (SPPT). Candidates will have to score at least 40% marks in the written examination to move to the next stage. However, in this cut-off, a relaxation of 5 percent has been given to reserved category candidates.
