A recruitment rally is being organized by the Indian Air Force in various base stations or cantonment areas. In this episode, a recruitment rally is being organized from 1 October to 20 October 2020 at 1 Airmen Selection Center located in Ambala Cantonment, Haryana. Interested candidates have to be registered to participate in the Air Force recruitment rally being organized at Ambala Cantt for recruitment to various posts in Air Force (Airmen) Group X (Technical Trade). Registration will have to be done on the official website, airmenselection.cdac.in, created for airmen selection in the Air Force. Online registration for Ambala Cantt Air Force Recruitment Rally will start from 11 am on 27 September and candidates will be able to register by 5 pm on 28 September.

Who can register?

In the Ambala Cantt (Haryana) Air Force Rally 2020, unmarried men of the state of Haryana who are Indian or Nepalese citizens are eligible to apply for the posts of Airmen. Also, as per the notification issued by the Air Force, the minimum qualification prescribed for Airman (Group X – Technical Trades) posts is 12th with a minimum of 50 marks with Mathematics, Physics, and English subjects. Out of this, a minimum of 50 percent marks in English should be obtained. On the other hand, candidates with a three-year diploma in various engineering trades from a polytechnic institute with a minimum of 50% marks are also eligible to apply.

Along with the educational qualifications, the candidate must have been born between 17 January 2000 to 30 December 2003, including both dates.
