Graduate aptitude test in engineering: IIT Delhi postpones counseling
The Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi has postponed the counseling dates for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2021. Counseling will start in virtual mode from May 28 on the Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP). Officers will offer seats in the participating institutions and the candidates will have to accept them at the given time and pay the entrance fee. The gate counseling process will be in 5 count.
The first round will start from May 28 to May 30. While the second round will start from June 4 to June 6. The third round will take place from 11 June to 13 June and the fourth round will be from 18 June to 20 June. The fifth round of GATE Counseling will take place from 25 June to 27 June. If after this, the seat remains vacant, then COAP will conduct other rounds for the counseling session. The COAP 2021 date has also been released for the edition round. The first round of the additional round will start from July 2 to July 4, the second round will be from July 9 to July 11. At the same time, the third round will be held from July 17 to July 18 and the fourth round from July 23 to July 25 and the fourth round from July 3 to August 1.
Candidates who have qualified GATE 2021, GATE 2020 and GATE 2019 will be eligible to participate in the counseling round.
