Keeping in mind the Coronavirus Pandemic across the country, the University of Delhi has decided to postpone the UG and PG final semester / annual examination for the second time on Thursday. Now the examinations starting from 1 June will start from 7 June 2021. Now final year exam is also likely to be conducted in online mode.

In the notice issued by Dean Rawat, the Dean of Examination Department has stated that the last semester / annual examination starting from June 1, 2021 has been postponed to May / June 2021. Now this exam will start from June 7, 2021. That is, all examinations and datesheets starting from 15 May 2021 have also been withdrawn. The new date sheet will be released soon. DS Rawat, Dean of the Examination Department, said that the new datesheet will be available on the official website of Delhi University. Detailed guidelines regarding the May / June 2021 examination will be issued in due time. All the students and staff of DU are advised to check the official website regularly to get the latest updates.

Final year exam can be done in online mode

DS Rawat has also expressed the possibility that the final year examinations are also likely to be conducted in online mode if the situation arising out of the corona epidemic does not improve. DU had earlier suspended online classes for about two weeks from 4 to 16 May. The examinations, originally commencing from 15 May, were also postponed for two weeks till 1 June. It has now been decided to hold it from June 7, 2021.
