Apart from this, students are also worried about the travel ban as hotels are still closed in many places. The centers are located in select cities. For example, in Uttar Pradesh, centers are located only in Varanasi. In such a situation, students are facing many problems regarding examinations.
A total of 1.47 lakh students have applied for Masters courses, while 21,699 have registered for MPhil and Ph.D. programs. The Graduate Entrance Examination is conducted for three management courses, journalism, education, and some special programs.
