The Forest and Wildlife Department of Delhi Government has announced the online exam dates for recruitment to the posts of Forest Guard, Forest Ranger and Wildlife Guard. A short notice has been issued on the official website in this regard. Accordingly, the examination is to be conducted from March 1 to March 7, 2021. The candidates who have to take part in the computer based online examination can check the dates by visiting the official website, forest.delhigovt.nic.in.

As per the notice issued on the official website, the admit card of the candidates for appearing in the examination will be issued on 15 February. Candidates will be able to visit the official website and download their e-admit card. Admit cards will be available on the website till 7 March 2021. In the admit card, information about the examination center, exam date and exam time will be available. Under this recruitment, a total of 226 posts of Forest Guard, Forest Ranger and Wildlife Guard are to be filled. These include 211 posts of Forest Guard, 11 posts of Wildlife Guard and 4 posts of Forest Ranger.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of online examination and physical fitness test. After this there will be a document verification of the candidates. 200 objective type questions will be asked in the online examination. Which will include questions from General Intelligence and Reasoning, English Language, Hindi Language, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude topics. For this, candidates will be given 2 hours. This test will be based on negative marking. For every wrong answer one quarter mark will be deducted.
