Paper-1

Mathematics – Mathematics paper consists of 120 questions which are of 300 numbers. This paper is of 2.5 hours. Numbers are deducted for wrong answers to questions. For success in Mathematics paper, you have to give correct answer in 1.25 minutes per question. In math’s paper 65 per cent comes from class X and 35 per cent from 12th grade syllabus.

Paper-2

The second paper of NDA exam is of general ability. In this, 150 questions are asked which are of 600 numbers. The time fixed for this paper is 2.5 hours and there is negative marking. The first part of the second paper contains English which is 200 numbers. In this section the English language skills of the candidate are tested. It will focus on vocabulary, practice of basic grammar. The second part consists of questions of general ability which are 400 numbers. In this, questions are asked from various subjects such as general science, Indian history, physics, geography, chemistry.
