Union Education Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ has released the Alternative Academic Calendar for classes from class-9 to class-12. Union Education Minister Dr. Nishank has given this information about issuing an alternative academic calendar. In this regard, he has tweeted and wrote that the Alternative Academic Calendar has been launched for the next 8 weeks for senior secondary classes.

Dr. Nishank has further written in his tweet that the 12-week Alternative Academic Calendar for Primary and Upper Primary classes has been released earlier. Apart from this, this calendar has already been released for secondary and higher secondary.

This Alternative Academic Calendar (AAC) has been prepared by NCERT which will be applicable for classes from class-9 to class-12. Technology and social media tools have been used in this alternative calendar released. With the help of these tools, students can be educated at their home. These tools have been prepared in such a way that these students do not face any problem while studying at home.

As you all know that the unlock 4 has been announced by the Government of India, but in this unlock 4, the government has not given permission to open schools. However, for classes from class 9 to class 12, the school is being said to open from 21 September 2020. But such students/students who want to come to school from September 21, 2020, for this they will have to take Retention Permission from their parents.
