Admit card released today for JEE Main
The admit card for the JEE Main Examination 2020 can be released today by the National Examination Agency (NTA). In the context of the JEE Main Exam Date 2020, the agency had informed in the public notice issued on July 3 that the JEE Main Admit Card 2020 will be made available to the candidates 15 days before the exam date. The agency has announced to organize the Joint Entrance Examination JEE (Main) 2020 from September 1 to September 6. The examination is to be conducted in two shifts of three hours each on the scheduled dates, which will start at 9 am and 3 pm.
JEE Main exam portal will be released
The NTA had informed in its notice that updates related to the JEE Main 2020 exam will be released on the official website of the agency, ntc.ac.in and JEE Main Examination Portal, ntc.ac.in. Candidates who have applied for the JEE Main 2020 exam will be able to download their JEE Main 2020 Admit Card from the examination portal after its release. To download the admit card from the examination portal, candidates have to login by entering their application number and password. After this, candidates will be able to print their hall tickets from the given link. However, candidates should also save a soft copy of their JEE Main Admit Card.
Petition to postpone JEE Main exam
On the one hand, while the candidates are waiting for the JEE Main Admit Card 2020 to be released, on the other hand, there are many candidates who are protesting about the exam date. Some students have filed a petition in the Supreme Court in view of the possible interference during the JEE Main examination to be conducted during the first week of September amidst the Covid-19 pandemic spread across the country. There has been a demand to postpone till. This petition is to be heard in the Supreme Court today.
