News of work for youth preparing for government jobs in banks. Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has invited applications for recruitment to 39 posts of Consultant, Data Analyst, Risk Analyst, System Administrator. Candidates wishing to apply for these posts can apply by visiting the recruitment portal of RBI, opportunities.rbi.org.in. The application deadline has been set as 5 September 2020.

Date of application has been extended

RBI has again extended the last date of application under the recently released recruitment notification for 39 Consultant, Data Analyst, and other posts. Candidates wishing to apply for these posts can now apply till 5 September. Earlier, the RBI had extended the last date of application, when the bank had set the deadline for application on 22 August. The update related to extending the application date by RBI was released on August 21 on the bank’s recruitment portal, opportunities.rbi.org.in. Candidates should note that the date extended by the Reserve Bank is September 5 not only for registration but also for the last date for online payment of correction, printing, and application fees that have been set in the online application.

As per the advertisement issued for recruitment to these posts by Reserve Bank of India Services Board (RBISB), all the posts advertised are to be recruited on contractual basis. These positions include Consultant – Applied Maths, Consultant – Applied Econometrics, Economist – Macroeconomic Modeling, Data Analyst / MPD, Data Analyst / (DoS-DNBS), Data Analyst / (DoR-DNBS), Risk Analyst / (DoS-DNBS), Risk Analyst / DEIO, IS Auditor, Specialist in Forensic Audit, Accounts Specialist, System Administrator, Project Administrator, and Network Administrator.

Salary

Separate salary has been fixed for these posts to be recruited by the Reserve Bank, which ranges from 28.20 lakh to 33.60 lakh rupees annually. However, a provision has also been made by the bank to give more salary than this.
