Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has issued a notification for the recruitment of Law Creator posts in the Law and Legal Affairs Department of the state government. According to the notification (No.07 / Examination / Vidhi Rachanakar / EP-I / 2020-21) issued by the Commission on Wednesday, 13 January 2021, these posts to be done under the Rajasthan Legislation (State and Subordinate) Services Rules, 1981. Applications are invited from qualified candidates for 5 vacancies. Interested candidates will be able to apply through the online application form provided on the official website of the Commission. The application process will start on 18 January and candidates will be able to submit their application by 16 February 2021.

Who can apply?

Only those candidates who have obtained a degree in law from a recognized university and have at least one elective subject in English and Hindi or both at the graduation level, can apply for Rajasthan Law Writer Recruitment 2021. Also, the age of the candidates should not be less than 21 years and not more than 40 years. Age will be calculated from 1 January 2022. The maximum age limit has been relaxed for reserved category candidates, see notification for more details.

This will be the selection

Candidates for the posts of Law Creator in the Law and Legal Affairs Department of Rajasthan will be selected through competitive examination and interview. There will be two papers of 100-100 marks related to translation of constitution and other departmental communication materials from English to Hindi and Hindi to English in written examination. Successful candidates in the written examination will be called for interview.
