There is good news for those who become junior commissioned officers in the Indian Army. Indian Army has vacated the posts of Religious Teacher.

Notification of online application application has been issued for recruitment to the posts of religion teacher in the Indian Army.

Candidates who want to get a job in the army can apply their applications by 9 February 2021.

A total of 194 posts will be recruited under this recruitment process. The required details of the notification are given below.

Educational qualification:
For Dharma teacher (Pandit), candidates should have passed graduation from a recognized university. Along with this, the candidates should be related to Hinduism and should be Acharya in Sanskrit or should have done one year diploma in Sanskrit as well as Acharya.

For Granthi – Graduation and knowledge of Punjabi and related religion.

Age Limit: On October 1, 2021, the age of the candidate should not be less than 25 years and not more than 34 years for recruitment to the posts of Religious Teacher.

Body size:
To become a religion teacher in the army, the height of all the candidates should be 160 cm. Height should be 155 cm for the Gurkhas and Ladakhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadeep candidates. In addition, the chest should be 77 cm and weight 50 kg. Weight is set at 48 kg for Gorkha and Ladakhi candidates.

Race: For recruitment, the candidates will have to complete 1600 meters in 8 minutes. According to the height in the mountainous areas, an additional time of 30 seconds to 120 seconds is also given in this period.

Selection Process: Selection of candidates, race document verification, physical measurement weights. Will be on the basis of written examination and interview.
