Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the official notification for the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) Assistant Commandant (AC) Recruitment on its official website upsconline.nic.in. With this, the application process has also started. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online till 6 September till 7 September 2020.

This year, these exams are being conducted to fill 209 posts in CAPF. Out of which 78 posts are vacant for BSF, 69 for CISF, 27 for ITBP, 22 for SSB, and 13 for CRPF, to apply, the candidate must have graduated from a recognized university.

Exam

The written test will be held on 20 December 2020. The first paper will be from 10 am to 12 noon and the second paper will be from 2 pm to 5 pm.

Exam pattern

The written examination will consist of two papers- Paper-1 and Paper-2

Paper I: General Ability and Intelligence – 250 Marks – Objective Type Question

Paper 2- General Studies, Essays, and Comprehension – 200 marks
