The new education policy provides that all district hospitals in the country will be upgraded for medical education. Medical studies will be conducted in these hospitals. There will be no shortage of experts, qualified teachers, and money for this. Both the medical service institute and the hospital must obtain approval before working.

Training will also be imparted to experts from MBBS, Nursing and Dentistry, and other fields. General Duty Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, Basic, and Laboratory Assistant will be used to deal with a shortage of doctors in Primary Medical Centers.

They will be offered skill-based certificate courses of one or two years duration. Experts in medicine, dental, nursing, Ayush, etc. will be placed here. Its curriculum will be uniform across the country.

Recruitment of teacher before retirement

After 2022 only regular teachers will be hired, not parures. The Center and the state will plan to fill the vacant teacher’s posts. After every five years, there will be a review of how many teachers are needed, based on their recruitment and training. The teacher will be appointed to the post which is vacant before retirement.
