UPSC CMS Exam Notification 2021
The notification of Combined Medical Services Examination (CMS 2021) will be released by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) today i.e. on 7th July 2021. With this the application process will start. This instruction will be available on the official website of UPSC, upsc.gov.in. Eligible candidates who are willing to appear in Combined Medical Services (CMS) Exam 2021 will be eligible to appear for UPSC. Apply online by visiting the official portal upsconline.nic.in.
Interested and eligible candidates will be able to get vacancy details, eligibility criteria and other detailed information once the notification is published on upsc.gov.in. Let us inform that earlier the notification for this examination was to be issued on 5 May 2021. However, the announcement on this date has been postponed till further notice. At the same time, according to the annual calendar of UPSC published on June 25, the instructions for Combined Medical Services Examination will be issued on July 7, 2021.
Candidates who wish to apply can do so by visiting upsconline.nic.in by 27 July 2021. The exam is to be held on November 21, 2021. The detailed information will be available after the notification is made public.
Exam fee
Candidates have to pay Rs 200 as application fee as per previous year. The application fee can be deposited at any SBI branch by paying in cash or by using the net banking facility of SBI. In which women candidates, SC, ST and PWBD candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
Notably, UPSC CMS exam will be conducted in computer based mode. Candidates have to appear for 2 objective type papers in computer based mode. Each paper will have a maximum of 250 marks in the exam and candidates will be given 2 hours for the same. The candidates who are declared successful will have to undergo an interview (personality test) round.
