CBSE 12th Exam 2021 : dissatisfied Student with the result
Due to the board examinations of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for the academic year 2020-21, canceled due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the result will be announced by 31 July 2021 on the basis of the evaluation criteria issued by the board. CBSE has announced to conduct optional examinations for all such students who are dissatisfied with their marks in the result declared through alternate mode. In this sequence, CBSE has given information about the conduct of optional examinations from 15 August to 15 September 2021. This information was given by the Board during the hearing of various related matters in the Supreme Court on Tuesday, 22 June 2021. However, in the affidavit submitted by the apex court, it has been said on behalf of the board that CBSE Class 12 Optional Exam 2021 will be conducted only when the circumstances under control of the epidemic situation are favorable for the examinations.
On the other hand, the top court supported the evaluation criteria presented in the Supreme Court for the canceled Class 12 examinations by CBSE as well as the other central board CISCE. Supreme Court judges hearing various cases related to board examinations, Justice A.K. A division bench of M. Khanwilkar and Justice Dinesh Maheshwari observed during the hearing that the decisions taken by the boards are ‘well informed’ and have been taken at the ‘highest level’ to safeguard the future of over 20 lakh students across the country.
Preparation in full swing for result on July 31
At the same time, according to the earlier announcement by the CBSE Board that the result for class 12 will be released by July 31, the preparation of the result is being done rapidly.
