Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has extended the last date of recruitment application for the posts of Sub Inspector. Now online applications for these posts can be submitted by May 30, 2021. Previously, the last date to apply online for these posts was 30 April 2021. Both women and men can apply for these posts.

These positions will be hired

According to the notification, 9,027 deputy inspector posts, 484 platoon commanders and 23 fire officer posts will be hired. The total number of seats is 9534.

Online applications for these posts started on 1 April 2021. The last date to apply was set 30 May 2021. Candidates will have to submit their application fee by 30 May.

Educational Qualification and Age Limit

Candidates applying for the posts of Sub Inspector and Platoon Commander must have a bachelor’s degree from any recognized institution. Apart from this, for the posts of Fire Officer, one should have a Bachelor of Science degree. Candidates in the age group of 21-28 can apply for these posts.

Application fee

All candidates applying for these positions must submit an application fee of Rs 400. The application fee can be submitted online.
