Pay scale
Different pay scales have been prescribed for General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO) and Specialist. Successful candidates will get a salary of Rs 85 lakh per month in specialist positions. At the same time, for the posts of General Service Medical Officer (GDMO), the candidates will get a salary of Rs 75 lakhs per month.

ITBP Recruitment 2021 Full Details
For a recognized medical qualification specialist and GDMO is included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. Particularly related is the postgraduate degree / diploma described in section B of postgraduate B / equivalent. The maximum age of the applicant has been fixed at 70 years.
