Learn eligibility criteria

Those candidates who have passed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks from a recognized university or other higher education institution are eligible to apply for the posts of Business Development Officer in Saraswat Bank. Also, candidates should have at least one year of experience in the field of sales and marketing in a bank or NBFC. Apart from this, the age of the candidates should not be less than 21 years and more than 27 years on 1 February 2021.

Learn selection process

Candidates for the posts of Business Development Officer in Saraswat Bank will be made on the basis of online examination and interview. In the online examination, a total of 190 questions will be asked from General / Financial Awareness, General English, Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude and Professional Knowledge – Marketing subjects. The written examination will be of 200 marks and the duration of the examination will be 160 minutes. The medium of examination language will be English. Candidates who have secured minimum 50 percent marks in the written examination will be invited for interview as per merit.
